Totvs closed last Saturday (2) the purchase of Gesplan, of planning and financial management solutions, for R$ 40 million in cash.
The agreement also provides for the payment of a complementary purchase price related to the achievement of targets set for the company in 2022 and 2023.
According to a press release to the market, Gesplan has been in the market for more than 20 years and provides solutions that operate in the transactional environment in an integrated manner with ERPs, highlighting its SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for integrated Treasury management (Cash & Treasury Management). ).
With approximately 190 national and international customers and more than 70 professionals, Gesplan recorded gross revenue of approximately R$16 million in 2021.
“With Gesplan’s specialist solutions, Totvs increases the coverage and functional depth of its portfolio in the Management business dimension, in particular in its financial module, as well as its ability to meet the needs of its customers even more fully. , while adding more access and data intelligence, which enable the development of new offers of tailored solutions”, says the company.
The acquisition will be made through the subsidiary Totvs Tecnologia.
