TRADE ESTATES AEEAP welcomes the PEPCO chain of stores in Greece

Trade Estates AEEAP, a company of the FOURLIS Group, welcomes the entry of the Pepco store chain into Greece. The first Pepco store will open in October 2022 at the Piraeus Retail Park, sealing the strategic partnership between the two companies.

The Piraeus Retail Park is located at a focal point of the South-Western Suburbs, at the junction of Piraeus and Kifisos Streets on the borders of the three municipalities of Moschatos, Rentis and Neos Faliros. It extends over a plot of 14,895 sq.m., with commercial areas of 13,300 sq.m. and 280 underground parking spaces.

Today, 4 stores of large commercial groups (AB Vassilopoulos, McDonald’s, Moustakas, LC Waikiki) are already in operation, while by the end of 2022, 6 more of the latest concepts of international and Greek companies operating in the broader field of value retailing will be presented.
