Two men, an application driver, 59, and a biker, exchanged punches during a traffic fight in a traffic light on Avenida da Saudade, Presidente Prudente, interior of São Paulo. The case occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday (18).
In a video recorded by people who were on site, you can see that the rider left the vehicle and goes over the other man after having his motorcycle thrown on the floor. As they argued, he hits the application driver a punch. Then it climbs the car and hits kicks that break the windshield glass.
The driver reacts and also goes to the ceiling of the vehicle. At the top of the car, the motorcyclist continues with the aggressions until the other man returns to the ground.

When asked, the Military Police confirmed that there was a drive for a possible traffic fight on the site. However, when the team arrived there, nothing was located.
The Civil Police reported that an examination was requested from the Legal Medical Institute (IML) to find the driver’s injuries and the vehicle’s expertise was requested from the Criminalistics Institute (IC).
The occurrence was recorded as bodily injury, damage and injury on the duty of the city’s sectional police station. In addition, the man was oriented on the deadline to submit a complaint against the perpetrator, a necessary procedure in crimes of private criminal prosecution.
