A mother of two has died in a tragic accident in Italy, falling hundreds of meters from a cable car in front of her husband and children. According to the Daily Mail, the 41-year-old woman, identified as Margerita Lega, was on holiday in Calasca Castiglione, in the Anzasca Valley in the Italian Alps, when her clothes got caught in a cable car at 11am on Thursday. The 41-year-old, originally from Trentino, Italy, was loading luggage onto a small cable car that carries luggage and objects but not people, when it “caught her”. The small cable car was dragging the hapless woman to the edge of a cliff when it suddenly “went forward”, according to the Daily Mail.
