Trastor: Acquisition of two warehouses for €12.95 million.

The acquisition of two independent commercial warehouses, with a total area of ​​17,708 sq.m., which are located in the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, Attica, Trastor announced.

The total price for the acquisition of the properties amounted to €12,950,000 and they are fully leased to multinational companies.

The CEO of the Company, Mr. Tasos Kazinos, on the occasion of the above investment, said: “The environment of extensive uncertainty that we are going through and the intense inflationary pressures on the prices of goods and transport costs, accelerate the structural changes that have come into the role structure of global supply chains, as early as the first quarter of 2020. Achieving maximum cost/time efficiency in distribution channels and the search for greater resilience is undoubtedly driving the continued growth of volume management outsourcing of of goods through 3PL providers and the increase in demand for storage space.In this context and consistent with our investment strategy, which ensures high income returns for our shareholders, we are today completing another investment in the logistics sector, where together with the developments that we are launching, now increasing our footprint to 100, 000 sq.m. modern storage areas, located in the best concentration zone of the specific activity. The Company, with its new strong shareholder composition, will continue to invest in this sector, which, due to its strong fundamentals, is undoubtedly leading the new economic cycle of the Greek real estate market”.
