Trastor according to the number 8/259 / 19-12-2002 decision of the Board. of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as amended and in force today, proceeded to the publication of the Investment Statement on 31.12.2021.
The Company, in 2021, implemented 3 new investments in real estate (offices, logistics and land), while proceeding with the sale of 10 properties (7 gas stations and 3 stores and offices). Thus, on 31.12.2021, the Company’s investment real estate portfolio included 56 properties with a valuation value of 304.5 million euros.
Also, within 2021, the Company invested an amount of 2.8 million euros for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of a public limited company, which owns real estate (logistics), with a valuation value of 3 million euros on 31.12. 2021 and one of its subsidiaries invested in a plot with a valuation of 1 million euros on 31.12.2021, for the construction of professional warehouses, modern specifications.
Therefore, on 31.12.2021, the total valuation value of the 59 investment properties of the Group (Company and its subsidiaries) amounted to 324.9 million euros, compared to 301.6 million euros of 65 properties, on 31.12.2020 .
From the adjustment of the above investment properties of the Group to fair values, on 31.12.2021, profits amounting to 16.9 million euros emerged.
