H Trastor AEEAΠ. , informs the investing public that following the decision of the Board of Directors dated 03.06.2022, it concluded a Program for Issuance of a Common Bond Loan secured by Mutual Agreements, primary disposal and transfers of bonds with a total nominal value of up to € 20,450,000, Law 4548/2018 and article 14 of Law 3156/2003.
Piraeus Bank Societe Anonyme was appointed Payment Manager and Aegean Baltic Bank Societe Anonyme Societe Anonyme was appointed Representative of the Bondholders.
The coverage of the Bond Loan will be carried out in full by Piraeus Bank.
The bond loan will be used for the implementation of the Company’s investment plan.
