Trastor: Targets a real estate portfolio of 600 million euros in 2025

New investments, with the aim of increasing its portfolio to 600 million euros by 2025, are planned by the management of Trastor AEEAP.

The company continues its investment strategy, which focuses mainly on office buildings and logistics facilities.

According to the company’s management, today its real estate portfolio amounts to 351.5 million euros, while it has set the goal of doubling its value to 600 million euros by 2025.

Trastor recently issued a joint bond worth up to 20.45 million euros, which will be used to implement its investment plan.

In this context, it proceeds with the construction of a green office building in Maroussi, with a total area of ​​8,000 sq.m., which will be consolidated with its neighboring property and has a total budget of about 15.5 million euros.

A few days ago, Trastor announced the acquisition of an independent office building with a total area of ​​16,795 square meters in Maroussi, Attica.
The building is located at the junction of 18-20 Sorou and Maroussi-Halandriou streets, while the price for its acquisition amounted to 27,050,000 euros.

At the same time, its subsidiary Dorida is adding a new Storage and Distribution Center for dry and refrigeration facilities with a total area of ​​approximately 6,800 sq.m., on its own area with existing Storage and Distribution Centers in Aspropyrgos, Attica. When completed, the aforementioned 100% subsidiary will be the owner of a modern 3PL warehouse complex, with a total area of ​​31,900 sq.m. in the area of ​​the transit zone of West Attica.

Finally, as stated by the company’s management, the acquisition of another logistics property by the end of 2022 is being considered, while its goal is to include new real estate sectors in its portfolio, but at this stage no final decision has been made.
