Treasury delays release of public debt data in the face of server movement

The National Treasury changed to Wednesday (30) at 10:30 am the release of the federal public debt report with data for February, originally scheduled for this Tuesday.

According to the agency’s advice, the postponement by one day was motivated by the mobilization of servers, who ask for salary readjustments.

Unacon Sindical, which represents civil servants in the areas of finance and control of the Treasury, said that the category approved this Tuesday the suspension of activities on Friday, April 1st, and next Tuesday, April 5th.

According to the entity, last Friday there was a delay in the payment of overdue Treasury Direct bonds due to the movement. The Treasury did not immediately confirm this information.

Unacon says it will maintain the standard operation until the government presents a salary recomposition proposal and that it will evaluate the possibility of a strike next week.
