The Federal Highway Police (PRF) seized a “little train of joy”, after finding more than ten traffic violations, on the afternoon of last Tuesday (12), on the Rio-Niterói Bridge (BR-101), in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro.
The seizure occurred around 4pm, near the toll plaza. Agents from the Traffic Inspection Group (GFT) of the 2nd Federal Highway Police Station approached the vehicle, which was used for presentations and events. Watch:
During the inspection, more than 10 traffic violations were identified. Among them:
- Lack of recreational transport authorization
- The seats did not have seat belts
- The passengers were standing
- The driver had expired his drug test and did not have a specialized public transport course.
- There was no license plate light, windshield or spare tire.
Furthermore, the train had only one resin, the lighting and color were changed, the tachograph disc was out of date and the tachograph was defective. The vehicle was collected and sent to the PRF depot.
