South African singer Troye Sivan 28, kicked off the tour “Something To Give Each Other “, in which features several references to performances by American diva Madonna 65, on the Blonde Ambition tour in 1990. The first performance was held last Wednesday (30), in Lisbon, Portugal, and now he continues to other European countries.
Among the elements used to refer to the singer, Sivan chose to wear an outfit with a cone-shaped bra, as well as scenic objects such as a bed and a wooden chair on the stage .
The similarities were soon noticed by fans and commented on social media. Some fan pages shared their own comparisons (see video below).
The presence of several dancers and the scenic choice of doing choreography and erotic positions with them was also a common element between both dancers.

Other pages did not make direct comparisons, but mentioned the references and called Sivan a tribute to Madonna.
The singer has been successful with his latest releases, which have a pop sound and whose music videos feature original choreography and interactions between young people.

Some scenes from his new show also went viral due to daring and controversial moments, such as when he simulates oral sex with the dancers.
Performances of this type have been made by Madonna at various points in her career, including in the music video for the song “Like a Prayer”, from 1989.

Sivan's tour went to the Primavera Sound festival in Spain on May 31st and continues on to the next show in Paris, France, this Sunday (2).
In addition to the French capital, the singer will also make another 38 appearances across the European continent and in the United States.
