Trump says Haley will “disappear” in upcoming US primary votes

Former US President Donald Trump told New Hampshire voters on Monday that his last remaining competitor in the Republican race, Nikki Haley, will “disappear” after the upcoming primary vote in the northeastern state.

In his final offer to voters, Trump claimed Haley was receiving support from Democrats and said current President Joe Biden would beat her by “a big margin.”

He went on to call former Republican candidate Ron DeSantis a “very good competitor” after his departure from the race on Sunday (21).

Trump also invited Vivek Ramaswamy, a former Republican candidate, to the stage to address the enthusiastic crowd. Ramaswamy, the billionaire former biotechnology executive, dropped out of the race last week to support Trump and has since appeared on the campaign trail.

Trump, who polls show leads Haley by double digits, hopes to deal a fatal blow to the former South Carolina governor's campaign by scoring another big victory. He scored a record victory in the nation's first competition in Iowa last week.
