Trump says he will visit Gaza and wants the US to rebuild it

United States President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he intends to visit Gaza and other areas of the Middle East. The US leader had already suggested that the US should take on a “long -term property position” of the Enclave.

“I love Israel. I will visit there, and I will visit Gaza, and I will visit the Saudi Arabia, and I will visit other places throughout the Middle East. The Middle East is an amazing, so vibrant place – it’s just one of the really beautiful places with great people ”

“I will visit many different places in the Middle East. I was invited everywhere, but I will visit some, ”he added.

His comments about the visit came after he said several times on Tuesday he wants the US to get involved in Gaza’s redesign.

“I see a long-term property position, and I see that this brings great stability to that part, perhaps to the entire Middle East,” he said, refusing to rule out the sending of US troops to Gaza to ensure such property.

He also suggested that Palestinians should be relocated to various areas where “you build really good quality housing, like a beautiful city, like a place where they can live and not die, because Gaza is a guarantee that they will end up dying. ”

The president had already claimed to have traveled to Gaza, but there is no public evidence that he was there. Trump’s envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, traveled to Gaza last week, becoming the first highly known US employee to visit the track in years.
