Trump sneered at Biden: asked “not to fall asleep” at a meeting with Putin and say hello

Former US President Donald Trump quipped about the upcoming meeting of American leader Joe Biden with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin: he asked “not to fall asleep” in Geneva and convey “warmest wishes” to the master of the Kremlin. His written statement was posted on Twitter by Forbes journalist Andrew Solender.

“Good luck to Biden in his business with President Putin: stay awake at the meeting, and please convey my warmest wishes to him!”, Writes the 45th US President to the 46th.

Before the 2020 elections, after which he never admitted defeat, Trump called Biden “Sleepy Joe” and tried to denigrate a competitor by sneering at the topic of “mental decline.”

In 2018, Trump met with Putin in Finland; their joint press conference after the talks was received extremely negatively by the Western media and on social networks, and the legendary film actor Arnold Schwarzenegger even felt ashamed of the behavior of the American president.

Trump has now written that he “had an excellent and very productive meeting in Helsinki,” after which “the United States has achieved a lot, including respect for President Putin and Russia.” In his statement, he habitually blamed the “fake news” and the Democrats for everything.

“As for who I trust, they ask me: Russia or our” intelligence “of the Obama era with the likes of Comey, McCabe, two lovers, Brennan, Clapper and many other scoundrels, the answer is obvious,” writes Trump.

Yesterday Biden met with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in London: both were pleased with the conversation. After her, Biden presented the head of the British government with a bicycle.
