Trump vs. Netanyahu: Congratulations to Biden – G @ m … with him

Former United States President Donald Trump has launched an unprecedented outburst against former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to congratulate Israeli leader Joe Biden on his victory in last year ‘s US presidential election.

According to the Times of Israel, Trump said in comments published today Friday that Netanyahu’s congratulatory message to Biden came very soon after the announcement of the election results, which Trump continues to question to this day.

“It was too early. Earlier than most. I have not spoken to him since. G @ m @ s @ him,” Trump said in an interview with Israeli journalist Barak Ravid. The interview took place in April and is part of Ravid’s book “Trump’s Peace”, which refers to the warming of relations between Israel and the Arab countries and the actions of the US President in this direction.

It should be noted, however, that Netanyahu actually took a long time to congratulate Biden in November last year, many hours after many other world leaders.

D. Trump: “Nobody helped him as much as I did”

Speaking to Ravid, the former head of state said that no one helped Netanyahu more than he did and therefore considered it a betrayal to congratulate Biden on his election victory, even if Trump falsely claimed that elections had been stolen.

“Nobody did more for Bibi. And I liked Bibi. I still like Bibi,” Trump said, referring to Netanyahu by his nickname. He was “the man I did more for than any other person I came in contact with.”

“But I also like the dedication. The first person to congratulate Biden was Bibi. And not only did he congratulate him, but he also did a video recording. And it was videotaped. I was personally disappointed in him,” he said. “Bibi could not say anything. He made a terrible mistake,” Trump added.

Trump also said his decision to pull out of the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran – to which the current administration seeks to return – was “because of my relationship with Israel.”

He even claimed that if he had not done so, “I think Israel might have been destroyed by now.”

Trump also said he saved Netanyahu in the April 2019 elections in Israel, recognizing the Golan Heights as Israeli territory.

“I did it just before the election, which helped him a lot. He would have lost the election if it were not for me. So he came to a draw. It went up a lot after I did the recognition. It went up 10 or 15 points.”
