The elected president has a list of decrees, which do not pass through Parliament, to be made immediately that cancel many of Trump’s decisions: the stop of the Keystone XL pipeline, authorized by Trump and contested by environmentalists, the re-entry of the United States into the Paris climate agreement, the cancellation of the travel ban, the limitation on visas for the United States from some countries, the reunification of migrant children separated from their families.
