Trump’s new position for the war in Ukraine: “It’s not my problem”

For months, US President Donald Trump has threatened to simply leave the frustrating negotiations on the ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. After a telephone conversation Monday with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the US president seems to do exactly that. The deeper question now is whether America’s three -year plan to support Ukraine, as the New York Times notes in their analysis.
