Tsavousoglou: The process for the F-16 continues, tomorrow tripartite with Sweden-Finland in Ankara

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoλουlu went to Palestine for official contacts.

In a statement on Finland and Sweden’s request for NATO and Turkey’s concerns, Tsavousoglu said delegations from the two countries would arrive in Ankara tonight.

The meeting will take place tomorrow, it will be tripartite. Turkey, Finland and Sweden will meet at a joint table, Tsavousoglu told CNN Türk, revealing that Kurds and the PYD-PKK will be a major topic of conversation.

“Finland and Sweden wanted to send a delegation, and our president accepted the offer, saying, ‘Diplomacy is always our priority,'” Tsavusoglu said, “swallowing” Erdogan’s threat not to step on Turkey. representatives of the two countries.

Tsavousoglu was asked about the allegations that Turkey was negotiating for the F-16. The Turkish Foreign Minister said that “we have never entered such a bargain” and stated that the F-16 process is continuing. Minister Tsavousoglu said: “We have called for the lifting of defense restrictions by the United States and we will continue to demand it.”
