Tsavousoglu-Kuleba: “Turkey can guarantee a Ukraine-Russia agreement”

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Koulempa demanded today that Ankara be “one of the guarantors” of a possible agreement with the Russiaannounced today his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt Tsavousogluwho is visiting Lviv, western Ukraine.
