THE TSE (Superior Electoral Court) website presents instability this Monday (2) due to the high number of accesses to regularize the voter registration, according to the organ.
Portals and other Electoral Justice systems, according to the statement, are also having problems to remain stable. “The responsible technical areas are already working to restore the affected pages and systems,” says the TSE report.
On Wednesday (4) the deadline for registering voters, regularizing or transferring polling places in time to vote in the 2022 Elections ends.
Learn how to check if your title is regular
The procedure for checking the validity of the ticket is simple and can be done on the TSE portal or on the e-Título application, which is also valid as a digital electoral ticket and is available for free.
On the website, just click on the homepage of the website, in “Electoral Situation” (see below). The query can be made with full name, voter registration number or CPF.
In the e-Título, verification can be done, for example, by issuing a certificate of electoral discharge.
How to regularize the title
Title regularization can be done over the internet, through the Título Net system (see step by step below)or in person, at electoral offices.
The date of May 4th is the deadline for other procedures: request for the first copy of the title (for those who will vote for the first time), transfer of electoral domicile and review of electoral data (such as inclusion of social name or change in polling place within of the municipality). For Brazilian voters who live abroad, the date also closes the deadline for changing data, regularizing and transferring the title.
From May 5th until the end of the election, the voter register will be closed and no changes can be made to the voter register. The only procedure allowed is the issuance of a duplicate of the title, up to ten days before the first round of elections, scheduled for October 2.
