The menu is the same as in stores in Rio. The flagship is the sandwich that gives the house its name (R$54). The 180g blend of Angus Premium beef is topped with half-cured Minas cheese made with Jersey cow’s milk, lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion and house sauce on sweet potato or pepper bread – the choice is up to the customer .
The Goiabacon TT (R$ 45) features the same blend, but in a 120g grammage, covered in cheddar and an onion jelly with the unique guava Ketchup, an invention of Thomas. A simpler version, PãoCarneQueijo (R$36) has a blend of 120g, cheddar cheese and house sauce.
The request for vegans is the TT Siriju (R$54). Instead of meat, there is a burger made with cashew fiber meat seasoned with palm oil, a mix of peppers, onions and cilantro reminiscent of a crab moqueca.
In all sandwiches it is possible to add free-range eggs (R$ 7), bacon (R$ 9), caramelized onions (R$ 8) or half-cured cheese (R$ 9). To accompany, fries (R$ 19), Potato do Thomas (R$ 22), which are chips marinated in vinegar before being fried, or canoe potato (R$ 24) that comes with olive oil, confit garlic and rosemary.
Round off the experience with the Sacodes (R$39), available in three flavors: Luiz’s Brownie, Nutella and dulce de leche with fleur de sel. They are 400ml glasses that arrive topped with whipped cream.
