At least 12 people were killed and 31 injured in a car crash that occurred yesterday Saturday in Hatay province of southern Turkey.
According to Anadolu Agency, the truck driver lost control of his vehicle, causing it to enter oncoming traffic and collide with nine cars and two minibuses. The truck and a bus were engulfed in flames.

“A fire broke out in a truck and a bus. Twelve of our fellow citizens lost their lives and another 31 were injured, three of them seriously, in a car crash in the Topbogazi area, near Antakya (Antioch),” Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca wrote in a post on Twitter.
