Turkey: Economy collapses, prices rise and Erdogan continues to admire Hagia Sophia

Panic prevails in Turkey. The country’s economy is collapsing, prices for all products have risen while Recep Tayyip Erdogan continues to admire himself for the conversion of Hagia Sophia into a mosque.

At a time when the Turkish economy is at its worst, the country’s president has tried to amuse those impressions with an ad-spot about his government’s projects.

In this attempt at self-admiration, the Turkish president, as SKAI reported in a relevant report, proposed the conversion of Saint Sofia’s in a mosque while the Turkolyvik memorandum followed.

According to the correspondent of the TV station Manolis Kostidis Erdogan did not miss the challenges as he announced drilling drills in the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, which he even declared “to call the blue sea”.

“With the acquisition of the new floating drilling rig, we will have a total of 4 drilling rigs and 2 seismic survey vessels. With these we will do more intensive work and with more confidence in the Black Sea but mainly in the Mediterranean, which let us call the “Blue Sea”. “Of course this bothers some people to a serious degree,” the Turkish president was quoted as saying.
