A horrific crime took place on Saturday in Iconium Turkey, when a 54-year-old man stabbed his young daughters to death. According to Hurriyet information, Mr Yusuf al-Ahmed killed 17-year-old Kevsher and 15-year-old Merveh with a knife, after a fight that broke out in their basement house.
The 54-year-old – of Syrian origin – immediately after the heinous crime he went to the Police and surrendered.
Immediately police teams headed to the family’s apartment to investigate the crime scene according to the 54-year-old’s words. There they came face to face with the lifeless bodies of the two minor girls. Their bodies were taken to the hospital’s morgue for an autopsy.
It was reported that the youngest child and a relative of the family were at home at the time of the brutal murderwhile the girls’ mother was reportedly missing.
According to information, 54-year-old Yusuf stated in his testimony that “we argued about the price and I lost myself”. When he came to his senses and realized what he had done seeing his two daughters dead, he went to the police, where he confessed and surrendered.
