Turkey is preparing to evacuate 2,000 of its citizens and their relatives from Lebanon by sea today, as the Turkish ambassador in Beirut announced today. A Turkish diplomatic source told AFP that two ships carrying the Turkish nationals are expected tomorrow morning at the port of Mersin in southern Turkey.
