Turkish Foreign Minister for Greece: Our relations are developing in a positive direction

For Greek-Turkish but also for the Cypriot the Turkish foreign minister spoke, Hakan Fidan on Monday (11/20) submitting to the Planning and Budget Committee of the Turkish National Assembly, where next year’s state budget is discussed.

“Our relations with Greece are developing in a positive direction. We are continuing our preparations for the High-Level Cooperation Council on December 7, 2023,” Hakan Fidan was quoted as saying by the state-run TRT network and as reported by the Athens News Agency.

The Turkish Foreign Minister was also mentioned in Cyprus pointing out that if there is to be any negotiation in Cyprus, it will not be between two communities, but between two states.

“Before starting negotiations, the conditions of the two states will be equalized,” he clarified.
