Turkish Interior Minister: If the US did not exist, the PKK terrorist organization would not exist

The United States has been targeted by Turkey’s Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, who has said his country’s goal is to drive the Americans out of the Middle East.

The Turkish minister made the controversial statements addressing rebel families, who claim their children were kidnapped by the Kurdish PKK organization and have been protesting for three years outside the headquarters of the pro-Kurdish People’s Democratic Party ( HDP) in DiÄŸerabakir, southeastern Turkey.

“The terrorist organization will end soon in Turkey, don’t worry. But this is not enough for us, we have to expel it from the area around us. “By rooting out the terrorist organization, we want to root out America.” I say this with all sincerity: For years they have been upsetting this geography with coups. Alevis-Sunnis, Turks-Kurds, they made us fight against each other. They tried to alienate us from each other. They don’t want the world to know the truths of our religion and the truths of our culture,” said Suleiman Soylou.

He also stated:

Today if America did not exist, the terrorist organization you call PKK/PYD would not exist. The creator of PKK and PYD is America. They are their servants. The political party called HDP is a servant of the Americans along with the PKK. I say it openly. If America does not secure the PKK and the PYD, it cannot go half a meter in the Middle East. He can’t even be kept in a cave.”
