Eréndira Guerrero found a way for people who lost family members to covid-19 to have a beautiful memory that will accompany them forever. She makes teddy bears out of the clothes of people who are gone.
Eréndira started her bear business a few years ago when the levels of violence in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua were high and many people died
because of the crime. Now, with the pandemic, her business enables her to help people cope with the loss of their relatives.
A tender way to remember them
These pieces are usually made with the favorite shirts or sweaters of those special people. Eréndira estimates that she has made 200 bears in memory of those affected by the pandemic.
Include a label with a message
This is a garment that I used to wear, every time you hug it I want you to know that I am there. With love, dad.
Something unique
Each piece is priced at $ 30, which is totally worth it.
With a beautiful purpose
Many people could not say goodbye to their relatives and these bears make them feel that they are still with them. Beautiful!
