According to Bloomberg, during the negotiations, the approximate amount of the deal was agreed, which is about $ 4 billion. However, at some point the negotiations stopped, the reasons were not disclosed.

Bloomberg added that representatives from Twitter and Clubhouse declined to comment on the matter. Prior to the release of this information, it became known that Clubhouse is negotiating to raise funding from investors in the amount of $ 4 billion.
