The specialized magazine “DJ Mag” released, this Tuesday (23), the updated ranking of the best electronic music DJs in the world.
The list, called “Top 100 Pool 2023”, was made based on popular choice and had votes from more than 700,000 people, according to the magazine. Two Brazilians were among the top 15.
Alok, owner of hits like “Hear Me Now” and “Alive (It Feels Like)” appeared in 4th place. Vintage Culture – project by Mato Grosso do Sul Lukas Ruiz – came in 11th.
The number 1 DJ in the world was the Dutchman Martin Garrix. He overcame Frenchman David Guetta, who fell to second place.
In addition to them, other Brazilians also appear in the top 100. The duo Cat Dealers was in 66th place, and the twin brothers of Dubdogz in 93rd place.
Best Clubs

DJ Mag magazine also questioned the public about the best electronic music clubs around the world. The champion was the Spaniard Hï Ibiza.
Green Valley, from Balneário Camboriú (SC), appears in 3rd place. Another Brazilian in the top 15 is Laroc, in Valinhos, in the interior of São Paulo.
Several other clubs in Brazil are also included in the top 100 survey, such as Warung Beach Club, El Fortin, Surreal Park and D-EDGE.
