Two dead and 35 injured are the toll of today’s derailment of a passenger train in the state of Uttar Pradesh in northern India, according to a report released by the state railway organization (Indian Railways). “Two people were killed,” Pankaj Kumar Singh, a spokesman for the company that runs India’s rail network, told AFP.
