Two dead from a large forest fire in Canada

Two people died due to a large forest fire that burns Canada’s central area, in a worryingly intense start of this year’s fires, partly attributed to drought, police said on Wednesday. The victims, a woman and a man, were “trapped by the fire” while they were in their home, a Canadian police spokesman explained.
