Two death row inmates is expected to be executed today in Alabama and Texas, southern USA. Casey McWhorter, 49, was sentenced to death in 1994 for murder with a firearm, a year earlier, of the father of one of his friends, Edward Lee Williams, who caught them red-handed ransacking his home, along with a third minor. Casey McWhorter was 18 at the time, the other two were 16 and 15.
