Two people died after being struck by lightning on Maruata beach, in the state of Michoacán, Mexico, last Friday (15), according to local media reports.
The moment was recorded by people who were at the scene (see video below).

Paramedics who responded confirmed that the woman was no longer registering vital signs.
The man, in turn, received treatment and was transferred to a hospital in the region. However, he died moments later.
Agents from the Michocán Attorney General’s Office began investigations into the case and removed the body from the beach.
