Neighbors heard the screams of two children and rescued them from their squalid living conditions as they slept in a cockroach-infested room, with the parents claiming it was “for their own good”. Toofab wrote that on December 1st in Bay County, Florida, two siblings aged 4 and 5 hung from a broken window and screamed for help. Neighbors and people passing by heard the screams and notified the police. The police rushed immediately and when they entered the house, they were shocked by what they saw and heard.
