Game studio Ubisoft has unveiled a standalone mobile game based on its AAA franchise The Division. The novelty is called Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence.
It’s a free-to-play third-person shooter set in modern New York City. The project will receive a huge open world in which the player will protect and restore the city in the role of a special squad fighter.

Gamers will be able to go through a full-fledged story campaign both alone and in cooperative mode.
Just like in the older titles of the series, the game will feature extensive character customization. We didn’t forget about weapons either: they can be crafted and upgraded.

In addition to story missions, the open world will be filled with various activities. Probably, these will be territory sweeps, as, for example, in The Division 2. The level system was also transferred from the older versions, as well as specializations that provide access to unique gadgets and abilities.
Ubisoft has not specified when The Division: Resurgence will be released. But now you can apply for participation in closed alpha testing. Although there are not many details about the game yet, the studio has shown the first trailer for The Division Resurgence.
