Ukraine claims to have shot down Iranian drone used by Russia; see images

The statement comes after US intelligence warned in July that Tehran planned to send “hundreds” of bomb-carrying drones to Russia for use in the war in Ukraine.

In August, a US official told CNN that the Russians were believed to have been training on the drones for several weeks.
