Against the president of Russia on the occasion of declaration of “martial law” in four occupied territories Ukraine is turning. “The application of “martial law” in Russian-occupied territories should be considered only as a pseudo-legalization of the looting of Ukrainian property by yet another “reconstitution”, Podoliak said in his message.

Vladimir Putin announced earlier today that he has declared martial law in the four Ukrainian regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Kherson, which Moscow unilaterally annexed last month.
