Ukraine has so far not considered scenarios of cutting military aid from the United States and welcomes the Biden administration’s efforts to use all allocated aid as quickly as possible, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
“We are not analyzing scenarios of cutting US military aid because… we do not think it is in the interest of the United States to take such a step in the first place,” Heorhiy Tykhyi told reporters on Thursday (7).
“There are voices around the world who assume that if you cut off military supplies to Ukraine, Ukraine will be forced to negotiate… That is not true, that is simply not what will happen even if such a scenario is considered,” he added , saying that such a move would lead to the expansion of the war.
