Ukraine for Leopard from Germany: A first step has been taken

The Ukrainian presidency welcomed today “a first step” after the green light by Berlin for the delivery of 14 Leopard tankswhile calling on the West to provide much more such tanks to Ukraine to counter the Russian army.

The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenbergtoday welcomed Germany’s decision to send Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine, saying they would help Kyiv defeat the Russian invaders.
