Ukraine: New Russian blows with at least five victims

At least five people were killed Monday by Russian blows in eastern Ukraine, according to local officials. Vadim Filaskin, Donetsk’s regional governor, reports in a post on the Telegram platform that a man was killed and two were injured in Kramatorsk – a city of strategic importance at the target of Russian forces.
