In this context, we are entering a new, prolonged phase of war. To win this war, it is necessary to plan our forces in detail, to avoid mistakes, to extend our forces in such a way that the enemy, in the final analysis, cannot withstand».
Reznikov points out that, following Russia’s large-scale offensive on February 24, Moscow was planning, and many in the West, to view, that Ukraine would surrender in a few days.
