THE Ukraine stated today that the embassies they received her 31 parcels in one week and how each of them had shipping address of that of a contractor of the American car manufacturer Tesla in Germany.

Kyiv had then ordered “heightened security measures” at all embassies and then, two days later, denounced “a planned campaign of terror” by Moscow without however providing evidence.
On the same day, the representative of Ukrainian diplomacy, Oleg Nikolenko, announced that many Ukrainian diplomatic missions in Europe had received “bloody” letters containing “animal eyes”.
As Dmytro Kuleba said today, “all the files have the same shipping address: the Tesla contractor in the German city of Siedelfingen” near Stuttgart (southwest), he said in his statement, giving for the first time details of the investigations in development.
“The dispatch (of the parcels) took place in post offices that did not have video surveillance systems,” he explained.
Kuleba noted “the level of professionalism” of the “criminals” who “received [επίσης] measures so that they do not leave traces of DNA in the parcels’, thereby making it more difficult to trace them.
