Ukrainian espionage: Russian oligarchs discuss how to oust Putin

Russian oligarchs are annoyed by the policy of Russian President Vladimir Putin and are discussing scenarios of his removal from power.

According to the Ukrainian agency Ukrinform, a relevant announcement was made by the press service of the Main Espionage Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, with a post on Facebook.

“In Moscow, a meeting was held between Russian oligarch Peter Aven and Kazakh billionaire Alexander Maskevich. During the meeting, Aven said that the Russian oligarchs were extremely upset by Putin’s “The assets of the Russian billionaires were severely damaged,” the statement said.

It is also reported that representatives of Russian big businessmen are currently looking for ways to influence Putin or people close to him who belong to the security services. At the same time, these efforts are hampered by the fact that Putin is in strict isolation and, in fact, does not let anyone see him. However, large Russian companies are already ready to take radical steps. Some oligarchs are even discussing Putin’s physical ouster, intelligence sources said.

Peter Aven is a Russian politician, businessman and chairman of the Russian commercial bank Alpha-Bank. According to the American magazine Forbes, in 2021 Aven was in the 30th place of the 200 richest Russians, with assets of $ 3.5 billion.

Alexander Maskevich, a Kazakh billionaire from Kyrgyzstan, is a Canadian national living in Tel Aviv. According to Forbes, in 2016 his fortune reached $ 1.5 billion.
