Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba accuses Russia of war crimes, citing Russian attacks on a kindergarten and an orphanage.
In a post on Twitter, a few minutes ago (14.30 Greek time) Kuleba points out that the Ukrainian authorities together with the Attorney General are collecting these and other information which they will send to The Hague.
“Today’s Russian attacks on a kindergarten and an orphanage are war crimes and a violation of the Rome Statute. Together with the Attorney General’s Office we are collecting this and other information, which we will send immediately to The Hague. Liability is inevitable.” wrote the Ukrainian Foreign Minister on Twitter.
