Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba discussed a fifth package of sanctions against Russia with European Union Foreign Minister Josep Borrell, the Ukrainian said in a twitter post.
“I spoke with Josep Borrell. We discussed the preparation of the fifth package of EU sanctions against Russia. The pressure will continue to rise as long as it takes to stop Russian barbarism. “We also discussed protection and assistance for Ukrainians fleeing Russian bombs in the EU,” the tweet said.
