Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered a general military mobilization.

“The mobilization must be carried out within 90 days from the date of entry into force of this decree”, says the statement.
The mobilization also instructs “the Security Service of Ukraine to take counterintelligence measures during the general mobilization”.
He ordered the “recruitment of recruits, reservists for military service, their delivery to military units and institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” and other state security services.
At the same time, Ukraine banned all male citizens aged 18 to 60 from leaving the country, according to the State Border Guard Service.
The statement said that after the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, a temporary restriction was imposed.
“In particular, it is prohibited for men aged between 18 and 60, who are Ukrainian citizens, to leave Ukraine’s borders,” the statement said. “This regulation will remain in force during the period of the legal regime of martial law. We ask citizens to take this information into account.”
