At least two Ukrainian missiles hit the headquarters of its Russian fleet Black Sea in the Crimean port of Sevastopol, local governor Mikhail Raznozaev announced on Telegram.

Meanwhile, earlier today, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal denounced that Russia has resumed its “energy terrorism” by launching attacks on vital energy infrastructure in Ukraine as winter approaches.
“The phase of energy terrorism has already begun,” Shmyhal said during an economic forum, as reported by Ukraine’s Interfax agency.
“We see it from the destruction of infrastructure” of energy and “the first blows” against power plants “in the last two weeks”, he added.
