UN: At least 21,000 children in Gaza have become disabled by the start of Israel-Hamas war

At least 21,000 children in Gaza, that is, over half of the children who have been injured in total, live with a disability caused by the war between Israel and Hamas since October 7, 2023, the CDPh, a United Nations service said. “A total of about 40,500 children suffered from wounds caused by the war that lasts almost two years,” said the committee consisting of experts and convened twice a year in Geneva.
