A cat has gone viral on TikTok in a video that has amassed more than 4.9 million views, as she perches at her owner’s feet and then begins to birth her kittens.
According to dailymail.co.ukthe 18-year-old Ellen Fransen from Andijk, Netherlands shared her pet’s story, which immediately caught the attention of social media users.
As she mentioned, she was away from her house because she had visited a friend, but when she returned she saw her three-year-old cat named Israel to be in pain as she had just given birth to her first kitten.
She immediately tried to bring blankets and mattresses so that the cat could give birth to the rest of the kittens, but the animal approached her owner’s feet and perched there. Yes, every time Ellen tried to move away to bring cloths to cover the blood, the cat was starting to cry.
So, the 18-year-old next to her cat for about two hoursuntil she gives birth to her remaining four kittens.
So all in all, the cat named Asrael gave birth to five kittens and now Ellen Fransen is looking to find them a home.
